Tino Butic has started 2000 bloggers project that is now rolling over cyberspace creating kind of links frenziness.
I like the project because it gives the blogosphere face, no matter what type of blooger you are. This is the good mix of different people and different opinions from different parts of the world, . It gives the real face to the blogoshere and is a good inspiration. You can find here plenty of great things to read. This is the real face of social media.
It's sure been fun to try to keep up with all the incoming links from this project. So many great bloggers...so little time! ;o)
Hugs,
Holly

Daria, I'm glad to hear that you want to be more than a woman with a red hat standing in line. I do hope blogging has begun to move you into new spheres. Keep up the good work. I'm glad the 2000 Bloggers project led me to find your site. And, thanks for sharing the "gold."

Daria, how fun to find you taking part in the 2000 bloggers! Thanks for posting it and including Flooring The Consumer. Isn't it an amazing way to capture how diverse the blogosphere is? Best, CB.

Have you been following the debate about whether the linking from the sites that have put up the code might be, now or later, harming the ranking of our blogs? I have mixed feelings but do not want to see my blogs zapped by the big G. See for instance Zoli's blog post http://www.zoliblog.com/blog/_archives/2007/2/5/2710089.html

I am not sure if we'll be ultimately harmed by the linking, but it certainly has been fun. I have found many terrific blogs, including this one, because of Tino's efforts. Let's not worry about page rank especially if our traffic numbers are still good.
